Co-sell Advisory
A private engagement for MSP and SI leaders who own the Microsoft number and want the co-selling motion built into how the firm runs, not handed to them as a course. We install it, and we stay in the room while it takes hold.
The engagement
Thirty minutes. You get a clear read either way.
The gap
At your level, information is not the constraint. Time is, and so is having someone who has built this before working inside your business rather than talking at it from a slide. The distance between knowing the co-selling motion and running it every week is where most partners stall. Advisory closes that distance by installing the system with you, in your context, on your deals.
The outcome
The goal is not a better deck or a one-off introduction. It is a change in how Microsoft sees you. Sellers who know what you do and when to call you. A motion that runs every week instead of when someone remembers you. Funding and incentives claimed on a schedule instead of left on the table. That is what installed looks like. What it produces is then a question of your deals and your execution, not of luck.
What you get
Every motion is written down, in four documents. Two your team runs on. Two Microsoft reads. They are not the engagement. They are what keeps the motion running after we step back.
Written down, the motion travels without you. A seller can read it once and know where you fit. Your team walks into a Microsoft conversation already knowing what to ask for, so the time goes on the deal instead of on explaining the firm again. That is how a firm stops being a vendor Microsoft has met and starts being one it plans with, and that standing is the ground Microsoft-sourced pipeline grows from. No document books a meeting. This is what makes the ones you get count.
The whole motion in one document. The offer, the account profile, the Microsoft lifecycle stage by stage, which incentive fires where, and what the first pilot has to prove. Twelve to fifteen pages.
The same motion on two pages, for the people running it. Why it is worth their time, what to sell, what it earns, and the four moves that make it work. Built to be read once and kept on a desk.
Two sides of one sheet, in your brand, telling a Microsoft seller who you are, which accounts you fit, and how to attach you. This is the document that gets forwarded when you are not in the room.
The fifteen minute version, in your brand, with speaker notes written for whoever presents it. It ends on a specific ask, because a seller meeting that ends on questions ends with nothing to do.
Four documents per motion. Three motions per engagement.
How it works
The sequence is fixed. The pace and the detail are shaped by what your firm actually needs.
We rebuild your Microsoft-facing message and positioning so the field knows exactly who you are, when to bring you in, and why to choose you over the alternatives.
We get Microsoft's own systems working in your favor. Designations, your Partner Capability Score, and a Partner Center profile that stands up when a seller checks you, plus the funding that standing unlocks.
We install the co-selling motion and your Marketplace presence, wired into your real deals and your team, so you show up where deals get sourced and funded.
We set the operating rhythm and the KPIs that keep it running after we step back, so the motion compounds quarter over quarter instead of resetting each fiscal year.
What changes
Before
After
Proof
Advisory is not built to add a few points to a number that is already moving. It is built for firms where the Microsoft motion is not producing, and the only measure that counts is whether that reverses.
One partner was getting zero introductions from Microsoft. They now get referrals from the field regularly.
Growth in Microsoft co-op funding through structured claiming
Anonymized partner outcomes, shared with permission. Your results depend on your business and your execution.
"What convinced me was that RYZE is focused on the execution, the structure, and the signal alignment, not just the education.
That shift alone has made us more valuable to our partners, and it has made our Microsoft motions much more effective."
Fit
Prefer to install it with a peer group and a fixed timeline? The RYZE OS Accelerator runs the same system as an eight-week guided cohort.
Before the call
Advisory is a private engagement, priced after the diagnostic call. Not because the number is a secret, but because the scope genuinely differs between a firm that needs the whole system installed and one that needs two phases of it fixed.
You will not be asked to commit to anything on that call, and you will leave it knowing what the engagement would cost in your case. If the answer is that the Accelerator at $6,995 fits you better, we will say so.
Four phases in a fixed sequence. Message and positioning, then programs and Partner Center, then co-sell and Marketplace, then the operating rhythm. The order does not change, because each phase depends on the one before it.
The pace does change. A firm with a clean Partner Center record moves through phase two quickly; a firm starting from nothing does not. We shape the timeline against your calendar on the diagnostic call rather than selling you a fixed number of weeks that may not fit.
The person who owns the Microsoft number, in the room. Not a delegate taking notes, because the work changes how the firm operates and that requires someone with the authority to make those calls.
Beyond that, real deals to work on. Advisory installs the motion against live opportunities rather than hypotheticals, so the first phase needs access to what is actually in your pipeline. This is not an arrangement you can hand off and collect at the end.
Usually yes. Almost every firm that fits Advisory already has a Microsoft relationship, often a long one. The question is not whether you have it, it is whether the pipeline it produces is in proportion to the work you deliver.
If Microsoft sellers already bring you into deals on a rhythm you can forecast, you do not need us, and we will tell you that on the call rather than sell you an engagement that fixes a problem you do not have.
Thirty minutes. We map where your Microsoft pipeline breaks down, show you what installation looks like in your business, and tell you honestly whether Advisory is the right fit or whether something else is. You leave with a clear read either way.
