Why a cohort

Information was never the problem.

You can find what Microsoft wants. You have read the guides, sat through the webinars, and still the motion did not change. Knowing is not installing. What moves a business is a deadline, a coach who has done it, and a room of peers who will notice if you do not show up. That is what the Accelerator is built to create.

The eight weeks

Four phases. One installed system.

Each phase ends with something running in your business, not a module marked complete.

  1. Weeks 1 and 2

    Programs and Partner Center

Get Microsoft's own systems working in your favor. We show you what Partner Center actually measures, how your Partner Capability Score is calculated and what moves it, and what each designation requires. Then we build the profile itself, so a seller who looks you up finds a reason to choose you.

  2. Weeks 3 and 4

Message the field can act on

Rebuild your Microsoft-facing message so a seller knows exactly who you are, when to call you, and why to prioritize you over the ten partners saying the same thing, then put it into the two things a seller actually carries.

  3. Weeks 5 and 6

    The co-sell motion

Install the motion against your live deals: where you enter a Microsoft-led deal, what you contribute at each stage, and which funded programs apply to the deals you actually run.

  4. Weeks 7 and 8

    Rhythm and discipline

Set the weekly operating rhythm that keeps the motion running after the cohort ends, so the pipeline compounds instead of fading.

The eight weeks build the six assets in the order a live Microsoft deal meets them. Found first, then forwarded, then placed inside the deal, then kept running.

What changes

Where you are now, and where you finish.

Week 0

  • Sellers cannot say what you do
  • Your Partner Center record gives a seller nothing to go on
  • You chase deals instead of being brought into them
  • A seller who looks you up finds nothing they can forward
  • Funding goes unclaimed and each fiscal year resets you

Week 8

  • A message the field can repeat and route on
  • A Partner Center profile that gives a seller a reason to choose you
  • A co-sell motion you run every week
  • A brief and a deck a seller can forward and re-present without you
  • A claiming rhythm that survives the fiscal year

Fit

Who FY27 Cohort 1 is for.

This is for you if

  • You are an SI or MSP between $1M and $25M in revenue, with a real delivery track record
  • You own the Microsoft number or have the person who does in the room
  • You will do the work between sessions, not just attend
  • You want the motion installed, and you want it to last

This is not for you if

  • You are hoping Microsoft programs will solve it for you
  • You are early stage without a delivery track record
  • You want a course to watch, not a system to run
  • You are looking for a quick fix or a single campaign

Want it built into your business one on one instead? See Co-sell Advisory.

Before you book

Questions, answered.

How much time does it take each week?

About 2 to 3 hours. Live coaching, plus a milestone you run inside your own business between sessions.

The milestone is the part that matters. It is the work that installs the system, and it is built to fit alongside a real operating week.

How do I join?

It starts with a thirty minute diagnostic call. We map where your Microsoft pipeline actually breaks down, show you what the eight weeks would look like inside your business, and give you a straight answer on fit. If it is the right move, we get you enrolled from there.

There is no application form and no review to wait on. Book a time that suits you and we will talk.

If you already know this is the right move, you can enroll directly and skip the call. You still get a full refund if you cancel up to 7 days before the cohort begins.

What happens once I am enrolled?

You get access to the RYZE OS library and a short intake form, so we know where your firm stands before week one rather than spending the first session finding out.

FY27 Cohort 1 begins Tuesday October 6, 2026, and runs for eight consecutive Tuesdays to November 24. The live session is 12:00 pm Pacific / 3:00 pm Eastern and lasts one hour. The library opens to you as soon as you are enrolled, so you can get a head start if you want one.

How big is the cohort?

FY27 Cohort 1 is capped at twelve partner firms. That cap is the point. Peer accountability only works in a room small enough that everyone is known and your absence is noticed.

What if I miss a session?

Every session is recorded and available to you anytime, so a travel week or a customer emergency does not put you behind. The weekly milestone is what keeps you on pace, and that stays the same whether you attend live or catch the recording.

What if my plans change before the cohort starts?

You can cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the cohort begins. You can also move your payment to the next cohort at any point before your scheduled cohort starts, and you have one year from the date you paid to use those funds.

Who from my team should be in it?

The person who owns the Microsoft number. If that is you and someone else will run the motion week to week, bring them both. What does not work is sending someone to take notes on behalf of a decision maker who is not in the room, because the milestones require authority to change how the firm operates.

FY27 Cohort 1 starts Tuesday October 6.

$6,995 to install the operating system with a coach and a room behind you, and twelve seats to fill. It starts with a thirty minute call. We map where your Microsoft pipeline breaks down and tell you honestly whether this cohort is the right move for your firm, or whether something else is.
