About RYZE

We sat where you sit.

Strong delivery. Happy customers. And new business that came and went, while less capable firms got pulled into deals we should have won. Better relationships did not fix it. A repeatable way to sell did. That is what RYZE builds with Microsoft partners now, one play at a time.

The pattern

Capability was never the problem.

We kept meeting partners with the same story. Real expertise, happy customers, and new business that did not reflect either. Most answered it by adding more: more introductions, more campaigns, more decks. None of it repeated.

Microsoft is getting better at telling partners which customers to call. The hard part is still turning that into something a team will actually run. That is a sales play: a service the partner already sells, the kind of customer they already win, the Microsoft funding that helps that customer say yes, and a clear reason for Microsoft's field and its small business team to bring them in.

We build those plays with partners, and we stay with them every month to sharpen what works.

Who we are

The people behind RYZE.

Chief Executive Officer

Rob Fegan

Rob has spent twenty years partner-side in the Microsoft ecosystem, across sales, marketing and operations. In 2015 he founded a Microsoft systems integrator and built it through to a successful exit in 2020. Since then he has coached and advised hundreds of partners on growing their Microsoft business and co-selling with Microsoft's field and its small business team.

He builds the plays: the point where a partner's services meet what Microsoft's field is trying to sell.

Sandie Knight

Sandie has spent a comparable stretch in the Microsoft ecosystem, and has seen it from both sides: as an MSP, and as an ERP and Dynamics 365 partner. That range is why she knows where the incentives and funding actually sit, and how partners claim what they have earned and did not know to ask for.

She makes sure each play carries the funding a partner has earned, and turns the plays into a monthly rhythm a business can keep.

In their words

What partners say.

"If I were talking to another Microsoft partner who feels stuck, or who is unsure why their efforts are not translating into transactions with Microsoft, I would say RYZE gives you a perspective shift on what Microsoft sees as important.

What you see as important might not be what Microsoft's priorities are. RYZE helped us make that shift and bring it into our practice."
